New Beginnings – Time to Awaken
Christmas and the new year is associated with new beginnings. It’s a time for many to set new year resolutions, goals and intentions for the year to come. It’s a time of looking forward to things been better or greater than the year before. This year we also have an energy shift at the Solstice on 21st December.
2020 has turned out to be a turbulent year for many with frequent unexpected twists and turns that I think none of us would have predicted at the end of 2019. We have been forced into new ways of being whether we wanted to or not. Read more…

I don’t think any of us could have predicted how 2020 panned out. It’s been a challenging year for nearly everyone in some form or another. Some have seen it as an opportunity to slow down, go within and to awaken.
