Wholyland recognises ‘Common Law’ whilst still operating under the juristriction of commercial law.

Under ‘Common Law’ we do no harm to no one and no thing. Everyone can be held accountable for their actions and every man or woman that has suffered a wrong has the right to a lawful remedy.

Memberhood

Age 

You need to be over 18 to become a member.

Your Responsibility

You promise that the information you give to us is true, accurate and complete and that you will keep your account information upto date.
You are responsible for your username and password. Please keep it secure and do not share with anyone else.
If you realise there has been unauthorised use of of your password or any breach in security please notify us immediatly at support@wholyland.me

Your memberhood is not transferable.

Confidentiality

Wholyland agrees to keep any personal information disclosed related to the memberhood totally confidential and will never share with any third party.

Wholyland and members agree to keep any personal information, or stories shared on chats, webinars or in heart circles confidential and will not share with anyone else.

Payments

Price of Memberhood

There are 3 levels of memberhood: Free, Bronze ,  Silver  and Gold.  Prices are on the memberhood page  .
You can upgrade or downgrade or cancel you memberhood at anytime.

Payment 
Payment is via Stripe or Paypal and memberhood fees will be taken monthly or yearly dependent on your choice.
Payments for Wholyland courses, events or products will be one of payments except where a payment plan is offered.

Price Changes 

Wholyland reserves the right to increase or change memberhood fees at anytime.
We will give you at least a months notice via email and clearly in the news section on the memberhood home page of any memberhood fee change and make it clear when the new charge will take effect.
During this period you will have the usual right to cancel or change your memberhood.
If you do not terminate your memberhood by the date given to you in the notice of fee changes, the price will be increased in accordance with our notice.

Cancellation

You have the right to terminate your memberhood at anytime and it will take immediate effect. Cancellation is via ‘My account’. There is no reimbursement if you cancel before the end of a years subscription, except within the first 30 days of a yearly memberhood when a full refund will be given if a written statement of cancellation is received at support@wholyland.me

Termination

Memberhood of Wholyland is not an automatic right, it is a benefit for community members who follow ‘common law’ and treat others with respect. We hope that you will be with us for a long time, but Wholyland may use reasonable discretion to terminate a memberhood if

  • you breach any of our terms
  • if you act in a way that does not align with the values of our community
  • subscription fees have not been paid
  • spamming other members or the council
  • harassment, or causing harm to other member/s or the council

Wholyland makes no express warranties or representations as to the quality and/or accuracy of the content of the website wholyland.me, or services offered.  We offer the content, website and services on an “as is” basis and do not accept responsibility for any use of, or reliance on the webiste content or services, or for any disruption to delays in the service.
Wholyland does not guarantee the adequacy of the services or website or compatability thereof off your computer equipment, mobile devices or environment and does not warrant that the website, the services, the servers or any emails which may be sent from Wholyland.me are free of viruses or any other harmful components.
